With gladiators in Edo political firmament setting the stage to take over the mantle of leadership from the Edo State Governor,  come November 2024,Godwin Obaseki, has Wednesday dissolved the State Executive Council.

This was contained in a press release made available to Penpushers Online and signed by the governor’s Special Adviser, Media Projects matters, Crosoe Osagie.

The governor in the statement while stating that diasolution of the council takes imediate effect expressed appreciation to them for their service to the government and people of the State.

The state’s cabinet was dissolved during the Weekly Executive Council meeting.

The governor also said that, beginning from today, all Special Assistants (SAs) and Senior Special Assistants (SSAs) have been relieved of their appointments.
