A Federal High Court has affirmed that Gov. Godwin Obaseki was duly elected as governor Of Edo sate.
In it’s ruling on Saturday, the court said that by the submission Of the University of Ibadan, it has been proven that Obaseki indeed graduated from the University and was duly issued with a certifcate by the institution with a second class lower honours in Classics.
It affirmed that the complainant, the All Progressives Congress, APC, could not prove it’s case that the governor did not graduate from the university.
