The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has approved the appointment of Mrs Rose Orianran-Anthony as the Secretary to the Commission for a period of four years.
A statement by the National Commissioner and Chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee, Mr Festus Okoye indicates that she has served in various capacities in the commission over a period of twenty eight years.
Mrs Orianran-Anthony ,an indegene of Edo State, holds a Bachelor degree in language Arts from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a masters degree in Public Communications and Public Relations from the University of Westminster, London, United Kingdom.
