Young Nigerian Journalist Wins UN Award

The United Nations Office for Partnership, UNOP, and PVBLIC Foundation, would on Thursday 6th September 2018, at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, honor Comrade Chukwuma Nzeh, Coordinator, Young Journalists Forum, Nigeria with the Media for Social Impact Leadership Council Membership and Award, for his sustained Advocacies on meeting the Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs.

This was conveyed in a letter signed by the Chairman, PVBLIC Foundation, Sergio Fernandez de Cordova, and reads in part “Congratulations! On behalf of the United Nations Office for Partnerships & PVBLIC Foundation, we are honored to inform you that you have been selected to receive The Media for Social Impact Leadership Council Award!”

Nzeh, is the only West African on the list of with a Kenyan Israel is a great achievement for us at the Young Journalists Forum, the NUJ, for Nigeria, West Africa, for the Embassy of Ecuador, and former Ambassador Leopoldo Rovayo Verdesoto, emeritus Ambassador.
Nzeh would also be part of Nigeria’s delegation to the Third Annual “Pan Africanism Today” conference to take place in Ghana from September 21st to 24th, 2018.
